This is a space to soften, restore, and return to yourself, leaving feeling grounded, lighter, and renewed from within.
This session invites you to set intentions to let go of past stress and open your arms and heart to a positive leap into the future. We invite you to set intentions upon entry, hold onto that message throughout the session and allow it to unfold in whatever way is meant for you.
Doors open at 6.50pm and will close at 7.00pm sharp - no late admittance will be permitted to prevent other participants from being disturbed.
